The i3 Laboratory at Sorbonne University is recruiting a postdoctoral researcher to join a cutting-edge translational research team exploring autoimmune diseases through systems immunology approaches. The position focuses on the discovery of biomarkers and therapeutic targets by leveraging multi-omics datasets from over 900 patients.

Profile: Experienced researchers (4–10 years), with PhD in bioinformatics, immunology, computer science, biostatistics, or related fields
Research Responsibilities
Analyze rich multi-omics datasets: immunophenotyping, transcriptomics, TCR repertoire, microbiome, and clinical metadata
Develop and apply computational models to identify novel disease mechanisms and therapeutic strategies
Collaborate with clinicians and multi-disciplinary teams at Sorbonne and affiliated hospitals
Teaching Contribution
Participate in the Systems Immunology Training Program at Sorbonne Université
Contribute to innovative courses and workshops for undergraduate and master’s students
Qualifications
PhD or MSc in bioinformatics, biostatistics, statistics, immunology, or related areas
Proficient in R, Python, C++, and high-throughput data analysis
Excellent English communication skills
