Join Juliane Winkler’s lab at the Center for Cancer Research in Vienna and contribute to groundbreaking research on tumor-immune interactions in organ-specific metastasis using single-cell and spatial omics technologies.
What you’ll do:
- Investigate how tumor and immune cells remodel distinct tissue niches
- Analyze single-cell and spatial omics data
- Work with organoid and in vivo models of metastasis
- Present your work at international conferences
- Collaborate with experts in immunology and cancer research
Who should apply:
- Master’s degree in Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, Immunology, Computational Biology or related fields
- Experience in computational biology or immunology is a plus
- Motivated to work both computationally and experimentally
