The research group led by Dr. Armin Jabbarzadeh at ETS is offering fully funded PhD positions in the broad area of Operations Research, focusing on:
- Logistics and Transportation
- Sustainability and the Circular Economy
- Data-Driven Optimization and Decision-Making
Research Collaboration:
The positions are part of a collaborative initiative with Dalhousie University, Laval University, Acadia University, and McMaster University. Students will be connected to leading research centers such as CIRRELT, CIRODD, and RRECQ.
Qualifications:
- MSc in Industrial Engineering, Operations Research, Operations Management, Management Science, Computer Science, or related fields
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Background in mathematical modeling, optimization, game theory, or machine learning is a plus
- Proficiency in English
